Follow in order

  1. 01

    Download

    Apple Silicon is right for most Macs.

  2. 02

    Open the helper

    Open the ZIP, then SK-Remote-Support.app. If blocked: Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.

  3. 03

    Allow screen viewing

    Turn on RustDesk under Screen & System Audio Recording.

  4. 04

    Allow control

    Turn on RustDesk under Accessibility, then return to the helper.

Complete both permission checks above. Your helper will then show the 9-digit support code.
